through our worship services, Sunday School, and choirs. At 10 AM each Sunday we broadcast the sermon and readings on radio station WCEIFM (96.7).
We serve as Ushers, Greeters, Readers, Acolytes, Musicians, Sound System operators and through the Altar (Care) Guild.
We Nurture One Another
through Fellowship. There are Cell Groups which meet for Bible Study at various times at the church, in member's homes and other locations in and around Easton. Other opportunities for fellowship include activities geared for children, teens, seniors, moms, widows and families. We also have a prayer chain and provide meals for members and friends during times of illness, grief or distress.
Fellowship Opportunities are continually being planned by the
Fellowship Board. Picnics, dinners, volleyball tournaments, skeet
shooting, Cumberland Train Ride, canoeing, and a trip to a Shorebirds baseball
game are examples of past activities.
We Grow Spiritually
through classes, corporate prayer, an extensive library and a preschool program. In addition to the worship and study activities already mentioned, we have vacation bible school and special Bible study opportunities
We Share God's Gifts
through Worship, Fellowship, Discipleship, Ministry and Missions. Ministry is serving others in the Name of Jesus. The activities listed above offer many opportunities to serve. There are also the Fellowship, Youth, Worship, Elder, Stewardship, Evangelism, School, and Mission Boards. Addtionally, we serve in the larger community through the Choices for Life Pregnancy Help and Resource Center, the Lutheran Mission Society, the Talbot Interfaith Shelter, and Habitat for Humanity, etc.
We Proclaim the Gospel to All
through a Friendship Festival in September, a Mission Festival in January, and "Get To Know You" Teas. We witness to friends, neighbors, and nearby communities. We also support Young Life Mid Shore, as well as missionaries in Turkey and Kenya and Godspeed Services
